Jill has more than 30 years of combined experience in marketing and public relations. With more than 13 years in corporate marketing, Jill focused on building and positioning brands, creating and implementing strategic marketing plans and building sales. While directing the marketing for a 360-acre convention facility and the Ohio State Fair, she developed corporate and media partnerships, directed customer relationship management programs and managed local, regional and national media relations activities.
Later in her career, she served as vice-president of marketing for two large specialty retailers, where she increased unit profitability, developed and executed integrated digital campaigns and identified strategic cooperative opportunities. Jill has served in executive positions for both domestic and international companies.
Jill joined Ken at Client Solution Innovations in 2009. As a writer and designer, Jill does web development, book editing and ghostwriting, and graphic design. She directs strategy and creative for the firm, while Ken heads up technology and sales.
Jill graduated from Ohio Northern University where she obtained her Bachelors of Arts with honors in Communications and Public Relations with an additional degree in French.
